So you want to work with me?

At Samantha.xyz, I believe in clear, kind communication and thoughtful service. Here’s everything you need to know to feel confident working together. 

Terms & Conditions

• Services are custom and creative in nature; therefore, all sales are final.

• Bookings are confirmed only after a signed agreement and deposit are received.

• Clients are expected to be timely and communicative to keep project timelines on track.

• Samantha.xyz retains the right to decline projects that do not align with creative values or capacity.

• A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session or start your design project.

• Final balances are due before final delivery or on your session day.

• Accepted payments: Credit Card, Zelle, or direct invoice.

• Late payments may result in a pause in service.

Need an invoice breakdown? I’m happy to send one your way!

• You’ll receive high-resolution edited,  JPEG files through an online gallery.

• I aim for a fast turnaround—typically 7 days or less for sessions. For weddings and events, you can expect a bit more time (about 3–4 weeks) so I can give every detail the attention it deserves.

• Image selection is curated to best reflect your story—additional edits may be available at an extra fee.

• Samantha.xyz retains copyright and may use select images for the website, social media, or promotional materials—let me know if you’d prefer to keep yours private.

Clients receive personal usage rights (for printing, sharing, etc.).

• Projects include collobrative rounds of revisions unless otherwise noted.

• Files delivered in appropriate formats (PDF, PNG, SVG, etc.).

• Timeline will be discussed during onboarding; delays in client feedback may shift delivery.

• Once final files are approved, any future edits are billed separately.

My goal is to make the design process feel collaborative, easy, and fun!

• All custom print products are processed after final approval and payment.

• Shipping is available within the U.S.

• Most prints ship within 5–7 business days and include tracking.

• Samantha.xyz is not responsible for shipping delays or lost/damaged packages, but I’ll always do my best to help.

Your trust means everything.

• Any personal information collected (names, emails, project details) is used only to complete your service.

• Your data is never shared or sold.

• This site may use cookies for basic analytics (to help improve the site experience).
