• Services are custom and creative in nature; therefore, all sales are final.

• Bookings are confirmed only after a signed agreement and deposit are received.

• Clients are expected to be timely and communicative to keep project timelines on track.

• Samantha.xyz retains the right to decline projects that do not align with creative values or capacity.

• A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session or start your design project.

• Final balances are due before final delivery or on your session day.

• Accepted payments: Cash, Credit Card, Zelle, or direct invoice.

• Late payments may result in a pause in service.

• You’ll receive high-resolution edited,  JPEG files through an online gallery.

• I aim for a fast turnaround—typically 7 days or less for sessions. 1-2 weeks for custom sessions. For weddings and events, you can expect a bit more time (about 3–4 weeks) so I can give every detail the attention it deserves.

• Image selection is curated to best reflect your story—additional edits may be available at an extra fee.

• Samantha.xyz retains copyright and may use select images for the website, social media, or promotional materials—let me know if you’d prefer to keep yours private.

Clients receive personal usage rights (for printing, sharing, etc.).

Outside My Local Zone? 

I’m happy to travel for your session. Locations beyond 30 miles from Phoenix will include a travel fee based on distance and time. I’ll provide a quote in advance so there are no surprises.

Standard Travel Fee:

• $25 for 30–50 miles

• $50 for 50–75 miles

• $75+ for 75+ miles
